And then, several months passed...

Several months in which fitness and health goals were not made a big focus.

So here we go...

Back from vacation, feeling super critical about the double chins and round tummies, and ready to get back on the bandwagon to feeling better.

Stepped on the scale--not as bad as it could have been, but a new starting place.  Logged back into eTools on Weight Watchers, and started tracking. 

Big Goal #1:25 pounds
Reward:  A trip to Olympus Day Spa...

How to get there?  Eat consciously, make better choices, move more.

Sounds so simple, doesn't it?
